About Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery (Inactive)

Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery, located on 1.31 acres in Montecito, began burials in 1881 with the interment of Raymundo Lopez and operated until 1918. There is no cemetery office on-site, and no records are available. Visitor access is restricted due to the private property rights of neighboring owners. On-site parking is not available.

Monthly Memorial Mass

Catholic Cemeteries & Mortuaries invites you to remember and pray for those we have lost by joining us on the second Tuesday of each month for our Memorial Mass. Special intentions are offered for those recently served by our Catholic Cemeteries and Mortuaries. This Mass is celebrated in the historic Mission San Fernando Rey de España, Mission Hills California.
